RMA RETURN POLICY

Shipping


l  Free USPS Priority shipping for customer whom purchase over $200, value redeems automatically when you check out at our website. Other shipping options are available for faster shipping or different shipping Carrier at buyer’s expense.

 

l  We’ll only ship the items to your PayPal confirmed address, So please make sure your shipping address is correct when you placing the order. We hold no responsibility for shipping address provided wrongly and result in the loss of package.

 

l  We will try our best to ship out the package the same day for payment cleared before 1pm (Eastern Time), otherwise we will ship on the next working day. Order placed on weekend or holidays will ship on the coming Monday or next working day.

 

l  Tracking number will be provided via email upon completion of the order and payment.

 

l  We are not liable for any missing package or damages during the shipment. If you receive visibly harmed package, damaged item or package looks like it has been opened, please notify us immediately by open a RMA on our website within 7 days of the receiving date. Customer must provide us pictures of the front and back of the shipment box and physically damaged item. Failure or delay to provide the information will cause rejection of your RMA and we may not be able to file a claim with the shipment carrier to solve the issue.

 

Warranty & Returns

 

Unified Wireless provides premium quality parts with a life time warranty on all of our products, provided that there is no physical damage to that part. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages caused by improper use or incorrect installation and repairs.

 

Refunds

All merchandises are eligible to receive full financial refunds within 30 days of from the purchase date, provided that the items are in original condition. Refund amount will be the current selling price or purchase price, whichever is lower, minus 10% restocking fee (exclude factory defective items). Any physical damages or sticker peeled off items will not be accepted for refunds. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) is required for all returns to process a refund.

 

Exchanges

Once our RMA system approves your returns and offered RMA #, you may ship the items to us for processing exchange. We will then inspect the physical appearance condition and test the functionality of each item correctly to determine your eligibility for exchange. We can factory defective problem items only, all other non-eligible for exchange items (Rejected RMA) will be sent back to you at your own shipping cost. We will hold onto your Rejected RMA items for only two weeks or otherwise will be recycled into our recycle system. Any item returned that is tested in good working and physical appearance is subject to a 10% restock fee.

Store Credits

You can choose to receive store credits for you returned items approved by our RMA system. Items must be factory defective or in its original condition after we test it out in order to receive store credits. 10% restock fee is subjected to your return items if in good working and original physical condition. We will add Store credits to your account in our system and it will automatically apply to your next order at checkout.
